Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine or TCM is a comprehensive system of medicine which dates back thousands of years. It is known for its holistic approach to health and disease. TCM is based on concepts such as Qi (vital energy), yin and yang, and the five elements. The goal of treatment is to bring the body into balance and thus resolve symptoms.
